From the first time we visited the St. Petersburg/Clearwater area, we instantly fell in love with it. That was 13 years ago. From that moment, we would come back once or twice a year. Each time we visited, we told ourselves that we would buy our own place.
When we finally decided to start looking, we contacted several Realtors with hopes in finding our dream vacation/second home. Like with most first time buyers, we weren’t taken very seriously and it was very difficult to get a Realtor to work with us.

Dear David,
Thank you SO much for all the hard work you’ve done for me!!! You are not only a fantastic real estate agent but also a fantastic person. You were always putting forth a gigantic, honest effort. You went beyond duty on our behalf so many times — my telephone didn’t work, unexpected bugs appeared; you checked on the house often; you reassured me through, what was it, 6 closing dates. On and on the list could go.

Dear David,
Dennis and I just spent the past ten days in our new condo and couldn’t be happier. It is the perfect location with the golf course in our backyard and Gulf just around the corner. Our four boys were very impressed. We realize that this condo is our starter home in Florida. It was hard to leave. Jan, Feb, and March is rented out. My son DJ graduates in two weeks and has been offered a job in Tampa. I have a son in Ft. Myers selling for Volkswagen until he claims residency in May. He will finish his last year of college in Florida and anticipates teaching in warm weather. My third son Dan loves the University of Tampa and takes the credit for our happiness in Florida. Keith graduates high school this year and who knows where he will end up.
We played gold at Imperial, Bardmoor, Twin Brooks, East Bay, and Grandezza. The boys were happy we did not choose East Bay Condos, Isla is a much better location and place to live. The Don CeSar is a great beach and is in my walking distance. What a beautiful area. We had a great dinner at the Sun Porch Restaurant at the Don CeSar and watched the sunset.
We thought about seeing you but didn’t want to disturb you during this busy holiday time. We thank you for the many times you searched for the perfect place for us. Isla del Sol is the exact place we needed! Thanks, and please let us know of any hot deals on pre-construction sites come up near an Intracoastal area.
