We are happy you have considered working with us.  All 100% of our home sales are performed by licensed realtors.  If we tried hiring sales staff hourly it would limit growth and still cost the same to operate our business.  Two ways to work with us:

• If you occasionally come across possible new construction buyers then no need to complete the form below.  You will be a agent sending in a referral client.  As a referring agent use our Certified Gast Homes Realtor Directory to find the local Sales Realtor that has access to creating the home building estimate / invoice. Your local Certified Gast Homes Sales agent will guide you through the process.
• If you want to become a Certified Gast Homes Sales Agent, then complete the form below.  Note: You can stay with your current company and broker.  As a Certified Sales agent, you would be required to pay a monthly fee for RENinja Plus software that gives you access to the pricing module.  You would be expected to actively promote GastHomes.com house plans exclusively as part of your normal real estate business.  In addition your expected to be trained to run pricing software and work with all referring broker agents.
