I would like to personally extend my gratitude to one of your associates, David Christ. We recently purchased a short sale home, in Seminole, FL. Short sale properties can be quite difficult. We were under constant time pressure from the banks to close the deal in 30 days, or less no deal. I truly feel that we would not have acquired this property, if it were not for David’s excellent and hard work. David worked many long hard hours to help us achieve our real estate dreams. He was available all day every day, early in the morning and even late at night. Even after the sale, David continues to help us. I think that the ultimate complement in the real estate industry is to refer other people to your establishment.
